How can I shop at Elfe Emlyn?

Shopping at Elfe Emlyn is quite easy. You choose one of the departments in the menu on the left. You will arrive in the chosen area, where you can choose the right size. On the next page you will see the articles with pictures and a clear title which states: brand, item, color and size with the price directly next to it. In the description next to the item you will find the remaining necessary information. If you ever wish to know more about an item, please e-mail us at info@elfe-emlyn.com.

SHOPPINGCART
In the title-bar on the right you will see 2 symbols: a shoppingcart and a heart. You can click on the shoppingcart, when you want to add an item to your order. You can take a look at your shoppingcart at any time. Just click "Basket" at the top of the page. If you wish to delete an item from your order, that is possible...

ADJUST THE CONTENTS
To adjust the conents of your shoppingcart, follow the next steps. At first click on "Basket" at the top of the page. You will see a clear list of things you ordered so far, all with a photo, the title, size, price and number. On the right of each item you see "Delete". If you wish to delete an item, just click on "Delete" behind the item and it will disappear. You will get a renewed list immediately.

PLACING AN ORDER

• when you decide to order the items, just check your orderlist one last time. Did you order the right sizes and numbers. When everything is as you wish, just click on the button "Check Out".
• Next you will have to choose the shipment. Choose your country and the kind of shipment you prefer: economy is the cheapest way, but if you wish to receive the order in less than 2 weeks, you will have to choose priority-shipping. We will check your order and we'll choose the cheapest option within your own choice. So please WAIT and don't pay the bill untill you have heard from us personally, which will happen within 24 hours.
• You will be asked if you accept the terms and conditions. We obey by the Dutch law for internet-shopping, which means that we go by strict rules for returning goods and refunding money. Please check our policy under "Terms" on top of the page, before buying. Elfe Emlyn ensures you a good buy! When you agree with the terms and conditions, please click on "I agree...".
• You will be linked to a secure ordering-area, to make sure that no third party will catch a glimpse of your personal information. In this form you will be asked to fill in the blanks. Some information is required and some is optional. Every information that you will provide, will be put away in the Elfe-Emlyn-administration and will never be passed on or sold to anyone. Your phonenumber will only be used for verification, you will never be phoned by an employee of Elfe Emlyn. On the form you have room to make remarks or ask questions. At the bottom of the page you can choose another shippingaddress (only fill it out when you choose this option). Also on the bottom you will find the possibility to save your personal information for a next visit. That way the form will be filled out with just one click next time. Click on "Next" when you are done with the form.
• You will have to choose a way to pay:
  • Banktransfer: transfer the money from your account to our account. We provide you with our IBAN and BIC/SWIFT-codes
  • Paypal: payment through http://www.paypal.com. In this case 5% will be added to the total to cover extra costs.
  • Pick up and pay: cash payement when you collect the order at Elfe Emlyn. Or when we deliver (for free) in Zutphen, Warnsveld or Nieuwegein (all in The Netherlands).
• On the right on this form you will find the transfer-information needed. No need to write them down, because we will confirm your order within 24 hours and provide you with all necessary information.
• At the bottom of the form you can choose an "Order Confirmation". This will be sent automatically to your e-mailadress.
• There's also a choice to be added to our mailinglist. Members of our mailinglist get a 10% reduction on all items and lower shippingcosts. It will be worth your while!
• Click "Send" and your order will be sent to us. You will be linked to our "Thank You For Ordering"-page. U can now leave the store, or visit Elfe Emlyn some more. We have great links to sites for children.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive an automated confirmation from our store within seconds. We ask you NOT to pay directly after receiving this confirmation. There can be some difference between our stock and the stock shown in the store, especially when the store is visited by many customers at a time. Your order will be packed and confirmed within 24 hours, with the best shippingcosts we can find. We will send the confirmation with all necessary information like bankaccount, totalprice and our personal information.

PAYMENT
The payment will have to take place within 7 workdays. When we have received your payment, we will ship out your order within 2 workdays. If you have received your order, please let us know by e-mail. You can also leave a message in our guestbook. A digital photo of the happy little customer will be highly appreciated! We place those pictures in our Elfe Emlyn Models-Gallery, where they can take a look at themselves time and time again.

RETURNPOLICY
When there is something wrong with the item you bought at Elfe Emlyn, please contact us within 3 workdays after receiving the item. Send us an e-mail explaning the problem, the item and the size. We will provide you with our returnaddress (also to be found on every package and envelope). The amount you paid for the item will be refunded as might be expected from any trustworthy webstore. Buying at Elfe Emlyn is safe and fun!
